My English Learning Process

Hello!
Today I’m here to write my last blog post, and in this one I’ll going to talk about my experience with the English in the University.
Well, first of all, I have to say that I was so excited to have a English Class at the beginning of the year, because since I was a child I’ve love this language , and once I was on the first class with Miss Beatriz Jaramillo, I realized that it will be fun, because we did different activities and the greatest thing it was that we had to talk everytime in English, so it was a good experience, but, with the time, write the blogs turns something bored, at least for me, I mean, I think that you can improve your skills and all of that but there’s a point when write the blog is monotonous (sorry).
I think that I need improve my pronunciation a little bit with some words and expand my vocabulary, so I’ll going to read a lot of papers and news, etc. Also, I’ll going to start to watch movies without the Spanish subtitles.
Outside the English class, I use English a lot, because I read news of BroadwayWorld.com or E! News and that news are on English. Also, I speak in English the most of time with a really nice and special person:) .
In general, I think that it was a fun experience, I could met new people from different careers, but I have a complaint haha, I wait all year to hear some task like: “Next week you have to sing a English song” but that never happen haha so I’m a little obsessed haha.
Well, that was all, hope you like it!

See you!

Good And Bad Points! (Blog Post 8)

Good and Bad Points!
I think that this topic it’s a really difficult because force you to remember all your life and think about it.
I think that there’s a lot of good things that have happened to me, maybe ones more important tan the others. For example, in kínder garden I met my best friend and until this point we keep in touch, he’s like my brother. Another really important thing was my Drama Class on high school, because it helps me a lot to being the persons that I’m today.  Another good thing is that I have an incredible family and amazings friends.
But nothing is only hapiness. There’s a few things that did not go so well, for example, when I was a child, my parents told me that I needed to join to some sports teams, so I did try with soccer, basketball and even taekwondo, but the conclusion of my parents was that I’m not good on sports haha. So I realized that the arts are my thing.
I think that my achievement this year was keeping up with the university last semester haha it was a really big change from high school.  And I stil have to show the play that I’m directing and leading: “Wicked”, and I’m so excited for that, have been months of rehearsals (only Saturdays but still), so all of you are invited to see that magical/musical/funny/dramatic  play. It has everything in just one play haha.
Well, that’s all.

See you on the next post!

Music! (Blog 7)

Hello everybody!!!
I love the free topic, and in this post I’ll write about something that I really like: the music!
At this point of my life I think that the music is part of me. I can’t go anywhere without my phone with a great tracklist, because it makes the trip more fun. I also love the music because it’s a great company in every moment: when you’re sad, happy, drunk haha or when you ara walkind down the street, studying, cooking ore ven writing a blogpost haha.
The kind of music that I like are the musicals songs, for example, I love Defying Gravity from Wicked, All That Jazz from Chicago, Bring Him Home from Les Mis, etc. I also like the pop but not all the pop music, usually is the pop that Glee used to do. Glee is a musical tv series who does covers of songs and I love it haha. I like some pop bands like Hot Chelle Rae. I also like Bruno Mars, Fun, 80s music and even music older, for example I love Barbra Streisand, I think that she’s the best female artist of all times because she isn’t only a Singer, she’s also an actress, musician, writter, director, dancer, etc.
I don’t like only to hear music, I also like to sing, specially songs with high notes even if the note is higher tan my voice haha, I don’t know why.
In conclusion, the music plays a really important role in my life, actually, I have took some sing and piano lessons.
That’s all!

See you on the next post!

My Friends - Blog Session 5

Hello everybody!!!
For this post we have to choose a free topic and  I’ve decide to write about friends. I think that friends are very important people in your life because they (if they are inconditional friends) accepts you just the way you are. In my case I can’t say that I have a lot o friends, but I don’t care because at least I can say that them are true friends, and I love them because everyone is so different, for example, Nicolás who is my friend like a brother (We met in kínder garden) is always supporting me whatever I want, and even if we don’t talk really often I know that I can count on him. There is also my High School’s friends and with them I always can have a good time, we laugh a lot with everything. And finally there’s the four “Mosqueteros”. They are my artistics friends and with them I spend the most time of my weekend lately because we’re doing a play.
I love my friends because I know that I can count on them no matters what, and obviously they can count on me. I think that the greatest thing of our friendship is that we all are so crazy that is easy to have a good time.
That’s all !!!!!

See y

How Green Are You?

Hello classmates!
Our topic for today is “How green are you?” and I think that I’m not a really green person, not because I don’t care those things, but I don’t think everytime on it. I mean, I try to reduce the use of water when I wash the dishes, but I that this isn’t enough.
I think there is no a strong education about the environmentally friendly practices in school, high school or university, there’s some “green programs” but people don’t take care about them, so it will be nice that the education introduce a subject dedicated to that.
I say before that I don’t do a lot of green things but I would like to do more. For example, since a month ago, I started to use the stars instead of the elevator in my building, and my apartment is on the eight floor D: , that was because I need to work out for my play.
I don’t have joined to eco organization because I hadn’t think about it until now, but I think that could it be a good experience, maybe I’ll try that someday.
There’s something that I would like to start to do and is related with the trash. I could throw it in separates boxes, I mean, separate in glass, paper and plastic. It would be a good way to help, at least a little bit.

I think that people (or most of them) in Santiago and in all Chile, really doesn’t care about it, they just live not thinking about how they can help to make the Earth a cleaner place to live.

My Future Job

My Future Job
Hello dear bloggers!
Today I will talk about my future job. As a future psychologist, I have a lot of options to work in, like clinical psychologist, social psychologist, juridical psychologist, organizational psychologist, etc. In my case, I would like to work as an organizational and clinical psychologist (Yes, both). I studied business administration on high school, so I like the companies and that is why I like the organizational stuff. And also I would to be a clinical psychologist but from the humanist perspective, because I think that is the most interesting for me. I would like to work in some companies and some hospitals or in a private consultation.
Even with all this jobs, I would like to work teaching in my high school, because there is some subjects call “Human Resources” and “Organizational Communication” so I could teach that as an Organizational Psychologist.
The point is that I don’t know if I will stay working here in Santiago or I will come back to Rancagua, because in Santiago there are more opportunities to work than in Rancagua, but I guess that that is something that I will decided with the time.
Well, that’s all,

See you next week!

The best holidays ever!

Hello dear bloggers!

Today I’m going to talk about the best holidays ever!
I’ve always think that the place where you go isn’t the most important; the really important thing is the people who travel with you. Two years ago, I went with my family to the beach for a weekend, specifically to Pichilemu. It was amazing because since 2007 that we didn’t go to someplace together. We used to go in our own way. So that it’s why is important.
We arrived to Pichilemu really early, so the first thing that we did it was found someplace to stay. After that, we went to the beach, and it was so cool because I never had seen that my mother get into the ocean, so get into too and we started to play with mi sisters and mi father, it was a beautiful family moment.
In the night we went to the centre of Pichilemu to visit some places like restaurants and the most important place in Pichilemu: “La Casa de la Empanada”. In that place are the biggest and delicious empanadas I’ve ever see. So it was fun go to there with all my family, it was a pretty nice night.
In our last day, we went to Punta de Lobos, that is a beach near to Pichilemu in a “garita”.
Maybe are not the longest and expensive holidays but it was the first holidays that we really enjoined together out of our city.

That’s all

See you soon!
